Re:     Purchase of 2332 Leimert Blvd. Property – Oakland

Dear Mr. Brown,

Being so busy the last few months, I have not had the time to write to you about the great efforts of Christine Jacobsen last year.  I purchased the above-referenced home on October 8, 2004 under challenging circumstances.  I had sold an investment property in Union City and was considering buying a home in San Francisco where I live.  I consulted with my friend Kathy Mirkovich,  but decided to buy in the Oakland Hills instead.  She referred me to the Christine.   I had a 45-day deadline to identify the property this property and Christine was great help during the search.  Her skill and effort really paid off when she shrewdly made an offer on the day of the first Open House for this property and was able to get the Seller to counter the next day (my 45^th day from first-sale property).  They were expecting numerous offers later that week but took our offer that day.  Thanks to Christine, I was able to get this house in escrow on the 45^th day and closed on what appears to be a great deal three weeks later!

I might also add that I retained Scott Haislet to handle the exchange thanks to the advise I got on your radio show several months ago.
