Christine Jacobson is all about technology. As vice president and branch manager of Pacific Union GMAC Real Estate’s South Beach office Jacobson reflects today’s modern real estate professional – young, efficient, mobile, hooked-up and paperless. Her vision is to take the dynamic urban office she manages from the past to the present in leading by example.
Encouraging the adoption of the latest technology designed to enhance client service and increase productivity, Jacobson intends to bring paperless transaction tools to the South Beach office and create a new system for agents to enhance their productivity and provide a better experience for the client.
Before joining the management team at Pacific Union, Jacobson was one of the firm’s most successful agents, focusing on technology applications and mobile transactions. She holds advanced real estate credentials as a Corporate Mobility Specialist (CMS) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES).
Jacobson has a background in urban redevelopment, California residential and commercial real estate, real estate law, marketing and business. She has years of valuable hands-on experience in the industry and an intuitive sense for applying emerging technologies. Her strengths in information technology, intranet marketing services and transaction support are well respected and valued in the real estate community.
Jacobson holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of San Diego where she was one of the original students who helped break ground on the university’s Real Estate Institute. Her balance of knowledge, innovation and performance has been an asset in helping clients reshape their real estate investments and meet their short and long-term investment needs.
